adé abegunde is an interdisciplinary artist + designer currently in her final year of ocad university’s environmental design program. she is a founding member of motherSun, a creative agency and studio dedicated to fostering authentic creative communities in Africa. she is also the host of the fourth space, a podcast for black people to come together, share stories and talk about the things that interest them and make life worth living. adé has worked with re: magazine as a creative producer and content creator since 2019. in her practice, adé experiments with mediums such as video, photography, tradigital painting and sound to explore different ways to harness the power of storytelling for change.
